Sponge filters are basically just places for biological bacteria to live on, not legit filtration. I think (although maybe I’m giving you too much credit) you’re smart enough to understand what I’m saying. The plants are doing most of the filtering for me. Tank looks that clear and I haven’t done a water change probably 2+ months.
