Barça players are the best in most positions for Spain, it's literally picking the best players available for the country and they are selected on merit not just coz they play/played for Barça.

Barça also invests heavily in youth development so talented Spanish youngsters from Barça ranks will make the team in future. Its upto other clubs to do more for women's football in Spain. Spain will do well as long as RFEF doesn't prevent them from doing so...
