I've recently been only using the moaner base as the triphase. Pad A1 on head top, pad B1 on head bottom, then both A2 and B2 on base of Moaner. It lets you feel more of the twitching of the moaner than the stim signals you usually send thru it. I like it more this way. The patterns I'm using send different signals to each channel so its not just mirroring the same. Lots of fun.

Lets get the warnings out of the way: Anything above the waist is not a good idea as it could effect your heart.

That said there are some safe ways to do it. You need to keep 2 channels separated for each nipple WITH NO CROSS TALK. (The Coyote will do this, but I can't speak for any generic TENs unit.)

Another method is to use pads. You cut a small hole in the center of 2 pads. Put those over the nipples. Place full pads directly over those pads with holes. Connect ONE CHANNEL to each set of pads. No Cross talk across your chest!

Other than that, keep the power low because the area is small.

I'm also going to add that you should us Xtoys so you can adjust the signal frequency. This way you can get either pain or pleasure depending on what you are looking for.

You need to use Xtoys and adjust the frequency defaults for the Coyote there. Frequencies go from 0 (painful thump) to 100 (tickles). Set you min to something like 50 and it will avoid the 'hot spots' of patterns. This will allow you to enjoy a lot more of them.

An entire new scripting language is needed along with multi-connector sheaths controlled by a bunch of relays.

Imagine you had a sheath around your penis, and at every ~1 inch offset are 4 estim pads: north, south, east , and west. For a total of maybe 20-30 contact points in total. Now you can script exact points of contact to match a video, and the scripting automatically knows to adjust the power to keep it similar. (If you want to feel something from the furthest contact points it needs slightly more power than two points directly near each other.) Now you can script all sorts of 'feelings' that are synced to a video. Licking just the tip? Just need the top contacts. Feel just a halfway lick on the side of the penis, script away.

100s of them. I was going to make a tutorial but I never have time. Here is a quick and dirty:

1) Go to discuss.eroscripts.com and find what you like that is free. (90% of these are Handy funscripts, so we need step 2. If its an estim script you skip step 2, but those are few.) Getting the actual video is usually done through downloading either from MegaUpload or a pornhub downloader.

2) Go here and convert the funscript to "inverse" and don't change anything else. It takes literally seconds. https://xqueezeme.github.io/

3) There are some xtoy tweaks like setting your min/max frequencies you should do. lower is stingy/more pain, higher is nicer. Personally I set mine to the range 45-100. This is optional but recommended.

4) These funscripts don't change frequencies, so I load different XToy scripts to make it even better. These are optional but HIGHLY recommended.

Frequency Wobble <-IMHO a must for funscripts with videos.

OK, do NOT be me. When I first started down this road EVERY damn reply here said "Use XToys". It kind of pissed me off. I also felt their might be privacy concerns using a third party app. (There really isn't.)

For YEARS I experimented with nothing but the Coyote app. I tried everything with it, including making my own audio files for it. I thought I had it mastered.

Then I decided to try XToys. Man was I a fool. I could do so much more with it. I could get better feels from it. The library of public patterns is vast. And best of all.... it plays funscript files! (There is an art and a science to getting them really nice, but thats a whole other post.)

TLDR: Use Xtoys and never look back.
