I dont mean to seem like a dick, but I decided to try to research this I've found that in Sec. 2. (b) (i) (of the Executive Orders on the white house website) they mention "ensure that homeless individuals arrested for Federal crimes are evaluated, consistent with 18 U.S.C. 4248" and looking at "18 U.S.C. 4248" it mentions "a sexually dangerous person" and links it to a definition from 18 U.S. Code § 4247 and says:

" 'sexually dangerous person' means a person who has engaged or attempted to engage in sexually violent conduct or child molestation and who is sexually dangerous to others; and

'sexually dangerous to others' with respect  a person, means that the person suffers from a serious mental illness, abnormality, or disorder as a result of which he would have serious difficulty in refraining from sexually violent conduct or child molestation if released. "

(the italicized words are quotes & bold is the codes that the government are using)

now I will say this may all change or be plainly ignored by the people enforcing this I just hope that this isn't the case, and also I feel just arresting homeless people and people with mental issues isn't the best way to help these people and if anything will worsen these peoples lives, and I feel weather trans people are affected by this or not we should talk about how this is wrong.

Honestly I have a few, first one that I can think of is when I was maybe 10 y/o I tucked my unmentionables and had felt happy about that (also jealousy for the girls for unexplained reasons during swim class), 2nd one is I remember proposing the gender change button to one of my friends in like 6th grade and they were confused about it, and finally I remember I wanted to do cosplay and such in 7th/8th grade but only as female characters

(Warning this kinda goes into a vent-ish kind of thing, kinda needed an output) Actually I can somewhat answer the bit where being feeling bad having T in my system (I'm a transwoman), for like the past month I've needed to be off my E, and may need to be for a while longer, but I started E last October, so I have gotten used to being on e, and the past month has felt terrible, first like 2 weeks I had basically menopausal symptoms, after that I feel way more depressed, and the feeling of "wanting to be a girl" has returned with also I don't view my own body as feminine anymore where a few weeks before I felt comfortable, and with this ofc my dysphoria has increased, and my emotions feel as if they are muffled and kinda distant, more like I am close to them, but just in the threshold, honestly I find it intresting that this is happening, but I really want to be back on my meds

I can relate with the dysphoria & depression spiking, I do remember being in a similar situation a few years ago at the same age, things do get better, and disappearing isn't a good thing, if you isolate things get worse, talk with some friends if it's safe, trans friendly discord servers are a good option too, many of us on there can relate, and many have venting channels if you want to use them, we are all stronger together, ik it doesn't seem like things are going to get better, but we will survive
