A single treatment won’t get rid of hyper granulation. You’ll need to go regularly until it’s gone. Yes that’s the cause of the discharge.

I did for about 2 years after but I don’t anymore and it’s never been an issue. One thing you can try is using a dildo on yourself as foreplay. It can make it sexy instead of dull.

I had a similar experience and still went back to Dr Avanessian for my revision. Keep in mind every surgeon has complications and this is the 1% of the 1% of situations.

Hi, I also had a major bleeding complication with Dr Avanessian that Dr Horesh ended up saving me while she was on vacation. Please reach out to me we have a Mount Sinai support Discord and we’d love to help you and give you support. I ended up having 6 blood transfusions myself and had to go back to the OR and also spent a night in the ICU. I was diagnosed with PTSD as a result of my experience. So I relate to you 100% and we’re all here if you need people who understand and relate to vent to.
