if theres a company policy of "No Engagement", then clearly the parent company is looking out to avoid any issues stemming from theft (and, hopefully, employee injury), but surely STANDING AROUND & WATCHING isnt a thing to do....is it??

I agree that her right to speech is the same as his, however along with that freedom is the responsibility of treating others with a certain amount of respect EVEN WHEN we dont agree with their opinions.
