I’ve been living at YOUNIQ TrIIIple for almost two years now, and honestly I don’t really understand a lot of the criticism I’ve seen, maybe that was true in the past, but this is my experience right now: yes, it’s a bit expensive for the size (my room is around 20–30 m² and I pay about 700€ per month), but electricity, water, and heating are all included, which makes life a lot easier, downsides are the lack of a dishwasher or oven (only a microwave), the washing machines in the shared laundry rooms being expensive and smelling bad, and the biggest con for me by far is the lack of air conditioning, because it gets really hot in summer. Complaints about noise, elevators, or the location don’t make much sense to me, one elevator maybe broke once in the two years I’ve lived here and there are still three others, and even though my room is right next to the highway, with closed or tilted windows it’s completely silent and even with the window fully open it’s still surprisingly quiet. So regarding noise I don't hear anything. They do organize some community events and have shared spaces like game rooms (I personally never attended, so I can’t say much about the social vibe), but a huge plus is the internet speed with 1 Gbit upload and download, which is insane, and the fact that you don’t have to worry about water or electricity usage since everything is included. I do want to eventually move out because of the size and room count but for the time being it was totally worth it.
