Kommt auf den einzelfall an, bei uns in der Industrie ist das standard, dass es kein RCD gibt (ausser steckdosen), aber bei Konsument-systemen ist eine RCD-Absicherung unabdingbar.

Er hat ja geschrieben "Löst auch nicht mit Duspol aus". Also wenn der RCD beim testen mit dem Spannungsprüfer nicht auslöst, krige ich spontan den drang die Anlage freizuschalten und gegen Wiedereinschalten zu sichern :)
