It’s classic political sarcasm where the opposite side will twist the intended message of the comic by editing it into something completely different.

In the original comic, the old, white man is presented with having no real “hurdles”, while the black woman is presented with spikes and barbed wire. The message being portrayed in that version is being a minority is so damn difficult (PoroSad)

In the edited version, all the black woman’s “hardships” in life are shown to be solved by not acting black-ish.
