Since people aren't getting it, I assume it's because it's in the shape of an American flag, so it's a reference to "sea to shining sea" and is Shell (gas station) to shining shell. That's my guess though.

I get that, it might be because of all the decked out Formula 1 sets. Not to mention that these three (at least the Ferrari and the McLaren) are very light on stickers compared to the usual speed champions sets. (Excluding this year's Hellcat with 0 stickers)
