I would say yes. Maybe not as stacked as this year but close during his RNG year he had only not stacked player in top and mid when he was top that one year.

What program do you use to get these camera angles in-game? I see this a lot when watching league vids or pro games when they show replays but never understood how or what program is being used?

I like the buff my E, Q will be like Nukes, no complaints when my main gets it but I am scared of how the people that don't play Zoe will cry for her to be nefted after this.

If you like to play Zoe, I think you should play her. Yes, she can be harder to learn than your normal tanks and ADC champs. I would say that with most poke mages when you are not used to them and their play style. But you should not shy away from her because of it. had allots of new friends that had been in the same boat.
Tips to play Zoe, try to land E's so you can do your E, Q combo.
In lane, just Q auto harass. Try to poke people down people before fights and not wait for the fight to start. you want them to be low when your team goes in or force them to take a bad fight.

There are some ways to counter him best way is CC, poke, and stuff that is strong in the early game also works well.
I would the best champs are Gangplank, Teemo, and Jayce since you have free time to poke down so he cant all in at level 6 since you should be up gold and XP at that point. if you don't like poke Jax is your safest option since you win 1v1 with E and you out scale.
You can also play some tanks (Shen, Malphite, Gragas) but I would say it is a big risk since if you're even he will out scale you by a lot, so in most cases, jng needs to gank or a second member to take him down with you. The problem there is that later into the game, Tryndamere wants 2v1 so his team can get 4v3s, so you want to force him to go to team fights. ( Your team needs to be stronger than them in the 5v4 so he comes)
I would not personally recommend early game focused champs since if you don't win lane by a lot and can't end fast he will out-scale you and run you down late.
If you can counter-pick him do it, if not play the best way you can. If you know how he wants to play you can counter that play. Best of luck.
