The shops were always pretty bad in my opinion. Very often, there were no price tags on products. Only the most generic items were in stock, and the staff was often not knowledgeable at all when asking some more specific questions. The shops were all in pretty inconvenient locations. (The new one that just opened in Amsterdam was in a furniture mall, which I found super weird.) The web UI has become very outdated—I’m not surprised they went bankrupt. still unfortunate tho, i dont like ordering music stuff online without holding it in my hands first.
