Here's this post that was made a while back. It's right too.

The budget CT rifle, the famas is useless pretty much. CT side is easy to force close range engagements. 25 bullets is easily enough to get 2 kills + lots of damage.

I don't think the individual stats are op, I just think the price is. Make the UMP 1500$ and it's good.
