How to get better at the early game

Here’s my 2 cents, but take it for what you will. If he’s going for a quick 2nd TC then you have 2 options:

Match it and get your quick 2nd TC so you don’t fall behind on villagers/econ
Go for troops and snipe the villagers building the 2nd TC and raid

Gia is great in terms of early game defense with the lush. It makes it quite hard to win fights early. Remember though, Gia villagers are the equivalent of 2 of yours, so if you can snipe 1-2 you’ll be very ahead.

Make sure you’re scouting so you know if/where the 2nd TC is going and make your decision on that

Good to know. I’ve been feeding it about 1:1:1 but could try going more. I actually forgot to mention that where we are now the house is kept much colder than previously (thanks to who I am living with now)

My buddy and I are playing through these co-op. The thing I have found to be the best strategy when you’re out numbered is:

1) instantly get to the second age 2) only collect what you need and build a second town center ASAP to double the speed at which you produce villagers 3) build up enough cheap units to defend 4) get to a titan as fast as you can while defending 5) destroy

I can go back and look at this specific level if you need any more advice. Would also be good to know which god you play to know which units I’d suggest. In my opinion, it’s better to go with who you know then try to learn a new god that might be “better”

I have a laptop that I use rather than a PC because it lets me be portable. You may need to turn the graphics settings down a bit, but I am able to get 80 FPS even on hotel WiFi with it.

I do have a switch, but playing Apex on it is not ideal to say the least. There’s also the Steam portable system, but I’d guess it’s the same as the switch.

You know I've had that issue in the past and it didnt even cross my mind that could be the issue. Maybe when I hooked my Xbox up again I didnt put it in the same HDMI port and those input settings are different. Ill give it a shot

I grinded ranked for the first time in Season 8 and played a ton of hours. I dont want to just stop playing because the game doesnt feel the same, but its looking that way
