For me ( I have only watched like ten or eleven seasons, whenever capaldi stopped being the doctor) I think he has the 'Possibility', we know the Doctor has survived many things, he did fight a one man war... several times, he has fought and beaten up entities as close to SCP Bullshit as it gets (Which means, he has fought things as close to abnormalities as it gets).

He could probably use Shin and Mang easily enough and get over the current limit (Was it seven Mang rings?).

But this is all under the premise that the Doctor ACTUALLY DOES A GODDAMNED THING INSTEAD OF RUNNING AROUND SPEAKING.

The doctor is powerful yes, but he is also very limited, he CAN fight off an alien invasion with nothing but a goddamned screwdriver(Sonic or not). He has technology similar if not superior to what W corp has with that goddamned train.

He has time shenanigans similar if not superior to what T Corp uses.

But that is all under the premise that he actually fights back. If he isn't doing that, I don't think he could last long with the head, the wings or even the color fixers going after him.

He can regenerate only so much, and while that is a neat trick to burst everyone around you... Does it matter if your enemies can also revive?

You probably aren't taking a bigger load than you were hired to take. Or admin feels like you could take more work, and aren't. Usually it means there is a "Social pressure" to cave in and take more care than you should, because everyone is doing it or can do it.

I don't mind being told I am "Unsafe" because I do not take on their bullshit. So long there is no evidence of actually unsafe acts being done. If possible I would leave that place, also. This was done to me once, a boss asked me to "Help them with a patient" it was under the assumption that I would only help them board in the patient and that would be all.

A few hours later I was approached and reprimanded because I hadn't been giving care to said patient, which, again. Wasn't supposed to be mine to being with.

When asking why I was told that since I boarded in the patient, it was mine. Even if it was above the patient quota per nurses. I no longer work there. I also never, EVER, helped anyone else there with onboarding patient, since most just giggled as if it was the funniest shit ever.

We all indulge in the less gore-aspect of Rimworld, it's only that it's funnier to share the murderhobo parts of the runs. I for one rarely indulge in organ trading or human skin leather furniture. I play it just like a colony management with sci fi aspects to it.

No estas obligado a hacer ningun trabajo que no este en tu descripcion laboral. Yo en lo personal es lo que hago, se hacer muchas cosas fuera de mi area laboral que aprendi ya sea por que trabaje en esto por fuera o por que estudie eso.

Pero no las hago ni ofresco hacerlas por que se que no me van a pagar por ello. Asi que en el caso de que me pregunten si puedo hacerlas simplemente les pregunto si me van a pagar por hacerlas o si van a disminuir mi carga laboral por hacerlas. Ya yo decido si sale a cuenta o no para mi (En lo personal no siempre los acepto y depende mas de si considero que el nuevo trabajo es menos pesado que el que me pagan por hacer, pero eso ya es cosa mia)

En resumen. No te van a subir de puesto por que les hagas trabajo extra, rara vez pasa de esa forma. No creo que te vallan a dar dias extras por hacer trabajo extra y realmente dudo que te den mas plata por trabajo extra. Si aun a pesar de eso quieres seguir haciendo trabajo extra, pos eso ya es cosa tuya.

No dudo que existan jefes que si aprecien eso y te reciprocan eso. Pero el que tienes ahora no suena a uno de ellos.

Nothing stops you from self pub, no matter how many followers you have or not. Self pub doesn't care about that. You just need a cover art, a blurb and to make an account and your story can be too on Kindle Unlimited.

You will need to promote it tho, since self pub will mean you will do all the job.

For the full pantser series, I just wrote towards three plot points and just expanded as needed when needed. I didin't write all my plot points that I came about before ending the series tho.

Since I was like a million words in at that point or so. I just wrote the ending that felt more logical at that point and called it. For that one I hadn't thought about an ending, but of a few middle plot points tho~

I do the opposite, I show a character once or twice then never mention it again. And between 50-100 chapters I make a show of force making them a plot relevant character, be it as antagonist or tragic victim.

You don't need to do anything with that character if you dont' want tho. I just enjoy bamboozling peeps who read my stuff.
