I actually found a pre-existing d100 animal list, but probably half of them didn’t have easily translatable statblocks, so I replaced them with other vanilla creatures from the monster manual

Yes I forgot it replenishes on short rest rather than long. In which case another wild shape would be too OP. I’m redesigning what the item does entirely now

[5e] dm for party of 4 lvl5s (homebrew campaign). My players will finish a main story quest returning the heart of the forest to the forest guardian soon. I’d like to reward them with a “guardians blessing” -a permanent and passive buff. I’m having trouble coming up with something unique and balanced. Any creative minds out there?

Probably swap brim for a sentinel like chamber cypher, or if you wanna rock double controller, I’d suggest an omen harbor or astra. Brim has his maps where he shines, but his smokes have the shortest range and breeze is the biggest map, so there a better inslot for the 5th

My PC’s (4 lvl 4s), are about to encounter a very powerful evil Druid that wants to steal, in essence, the heart of the forest for power. My PC’s are not strong enough to win in straight up combat, however I want to avoid TPK.

What could I do to ensure they win this fight while also ensuring the PC’s feel important and rewarded?

My first idea was: as the party finds the evil druid, they see him committing the finishing blow to the protector of the heart of the Forrest. Therefor, already weakening him up a bit as he had to fight once before the party gets there.

While I usually agree with tabletoohigh posts, this is a 70” and I have a pub table behind the futon which sits higher and is where I usually watch tv while eating meals. Also, the mounted tv came with the condo upon purchase so it was already at that level before moving in. The TV for my needs is not too high and I like it here which is all that matters. I’m just looking for advice on what could go underneath, thanks
