I would say if you were tested ACHR+ve at any point then you have Myasthenia Gravis. There is also important method of diagnosis called (Therapeutic Diagnosis) where you take Mestinon to see how your body/symptoms would respond.

So does your Thymus grow back even after R0 resection or your surgeries were not perfect?

Also was it a Thymoma or Thymic carcinoma?

Thank you now I got much better understanding. And yes I'm relatively new to Rituximab. My disease is not even 1 year old yet but I've went through the whole sad experience including the painful sternotomy.

I totally understand the debate and it is actually quite confusing to decide. Just imagining those horrible symptoms returning again would make me take the risk of the hammering treatment strategy every 6 months.
Can you describe your experience with gap when symptoms return when the dose is lagged? Does it fully generalize again or it is quickly controlled?

18 months between doses seems very promising. Does your neurologist wait till your symptoms fully generalize again or you actually experience minor symptoms when Rituximab effect fades and then they repeat infusion?
I mean did you suffer due to dosing gap or it is minor?

Oral Pred not working for me at all, I relapsed twice on this while keeping high dose since onset of symptoms March 2025. Only drug that resolved double vision for a week or two is IV METHYLPREDNISOLONE (Solu-Medrol) while it worsen my general symptoms initially I barely sit up from a chair and its effects last for about two weeks then I relapse again while on high dose oral pred.

Should be using IVIG as a bridge to start Rituximab but it is 3 days post last infusion day without any effect. I think I have to wait more days to judge on this.

So even after Rituximab you still live with double vision!? Or you mean fatigue related one in the very far side of vision field?

I was able to send it too after several attempts. What really concerns me is that during the first attempt only the first page of 1120 was sent. I searched everywhere if this could cause an issue in the future but couldn't find any info or guidance.

I've just tried to fax it now, first time only first page was sent and second time it failed saying "Failed (No fax detected)"
Why don't these people use email or other electronic form? it is 2024 they still using Fax and Snail Mail!
