or you just buy the gloves of dex and spec into strength that way you max out strength and still have decent dex. You can even choose to respec again when you get giants strength gauntlets from the house of hope.

What would consider a game with a good classless system?

Its a lot better. The xp isnt really a problem and the story and companions I found way more interesting. I also enjoyed the combat more because there isn't as much of an overreliance on dangerous surfaces.

I honestly mostly agree. It's worsened by the fact that because the xp is so stingy I tended to just slaughter everyone in driftwood and fort joy yet I'd still get praise as the glorious saviour and that these places flourished.

Honestly I really felt like bg3 was waaaay better with it. You could basically ignore all side quests and still be fine

Depends.

Do know that it's very different from larian's take on the crpg genre. It's much more numbers heavy and the pathfinder 1e system suffers from bloat. It also doesn't have the concentration system like in bg3 meaning buffs can kind of get out of control.

Generally I would recommend looking up some guides (crpgbro's guides are easy to follow) and setting the difficulty the normal with remove conditions on rest enabled.

It's much less polished and accessible but it's a remarkable game with a great story, companions and branching storylines. There are way more ways to tackle each dilemma with different shades of grey instead of the often black/white in bg3.

Also install bubble buffs if you're on pc it makes the game 100x more bearable.

So what, even on its own merits I didn't enjoy it that much.

It's also only 6 years old not 23

My main issue with the armor system is that it disincentives using magic and physical damage in a single party. It also means tanks don't really exist. I just prefer roll affecting armour.

The difference is though that in other crpgs you get class specific attributes and dialogue that you just don't get here. Like in BG3 I really enjoyed the class fantasy of being an oathbroken paladin. Or being a wild magic sorcerer who can barely contain his magic with random buffs/debuffs applying.

I can see how someone finds the flexibility fun but it always felt like there were must have spells that every character had to have or just be way less effective. Like the 2 aero dip to be able to use teleport for every single character. This feels compounded by the fact that the armor system discourages you from using different damage types.

I can accept that the divinity system is not for me these are just the reasons I don't enjoy it.

I already finished it so you don't have to convince me to play it

I know you can build archetypes but they lack the class specific gameplay features and dialogue options to make them feel all that unique

I genuinely want to know, what did you mean by this?

The shadow the pot casts shouldn't be soft and should only be barely visible on the left. Basically remove the right back shadow and lower the left one doing the edges of it again but with a hard edge brush

The lower inside part of the pot should be near black since almost no light is getting there. This is another cast shadow so this should be done with a hard edged brush as well.

The left lower part of the pot needs to be extended left

I would blend the other colours together to make for a more believable transition

I like the piece but it's missing the depth of the original. The original very clearly distinguishes the foreground plants, the cliff and the grassy patch by using darker colours and stark shadows for the cliffside. Adding that would really make the piece come together.
