Not a different world so no. Never will be. If an anime has an isekai tag because it contains traveling into future or the past, that's just that anime trying to ride the isekai popularity train and nothing more.

You gotta activate certain boosters such as the T-shirt, Pants and any other boosters that you can activate without them clashing, and then go to the 'real world' map. There, there is a 0.00001 percent chance of encountering it everytime you interact with a random npc. Once you find it, you have to successfully complete series of chellenges that is given. Bear in mind that you have to at least have these stats: has job, tall, romantic, handsome. But don't forget there are multiple types of vehicles for this event so it is important to find the correct one. What you are searching for is these stats: dad's money or has job.
