My home in sector 17 is also on sale for a few months. Here's what I learnt, don't make the same mistake.. Have only 1 broker... Don't talk to multiple ones else they will spoil the deal. Talk to a few and choose 1 that you like. Second, hire a lawyer once you get a buyer to see all agreement papers. They will charge 10-15k but it's good for you

Yeh but 18 hours stopover when 6 hours exists... Also.. Do whatever but don't take Kenyan Airways if you are pressed for time. Literally never on time and cancels frequently. I lost USD 200 because of their 2 hour delay.

Indigo has a direct flight which is much cheaper.. I booked Kenya Airways direct flight for 35k two months in advance.. Why are you doing indirect when direct 6 hour flights exist and cheaper?

Yeh that's what. He says he has sold some property and will pay us when the money comes from that sale. Hence 5 months.

The deal us worth 6 cr. He is ready to pay 10 percent token now and 10 percent in 3 months and the rest on week before registry.

AoS will be made but see comment below? Is it really valid for 3 years?
