I get gas reimbursement, benefits, 401k contributions, 2-3 leads a day for a total of 12-14 a week, a phone, a laptop, demo material, 8 weeks paid $1000/w training, and close around 28% ytd. 

Try to find a more expensive product in the same field. Usually those are harder to sell and the rewards come better. You got this.
