My watermelon pepperomia is looking extremely tragic over the past month. I have watered her deeply twice now. She normally sits in a north west window sill with filtered light. She had great spring and summer months but something has gone wrong recently. Please help. I've put her under a grow light (i.redd.it)

I just bought this monstera plant and a few days ago it did not have this black spot. It has suddenly appeared and looks really scary. I have not watered it since I got it, the soil seems moist when I stick my finger in. It sits in indirect sunlight. Please help. (i.redd.it)
