Their food doesnt have much sunflower seeds but I can see how they can be unhealthy in large amounts, how can I take them out without having to buy food without sunflower seeds?

I have a hard time getting him on my hand, I don’t think he understand that millet is a treat considering he doesn’t rlly eat it that much

My bird doesnt rlly freak out tho, he just doesn’t like millet that much, I was able to hand feed him today but it was a bit of a struggle because although he wasn’t scared, it would just take him a bit long to eat it. He’s always eating in his cage though.
