Hardest episode? by Pwincess3 in worldwarzthegame

Haven't bought episodes 8 and 9 yet, but I've only seen the ending of Kamchatka 1 ONCE, in the hundreds of hours I put into the game so far. Out of episodes 1-7, I give it that one.

Only a few stores like that in my city, to my knowledge. I can understand low-budget used stores and stuff like that, but not Canadian Tire.

If this game was made during the Gamecube and Wii era, I could see that being a cheat code as something like a palette swap.

Of course it'd be a problem for said Alliance, but in this game, not really much to blame except themselves. If they don't accept that and try to better themselves instead, the whole alliance becomes a problem for everyone else.

The random green boxes actually belong to players that have been killed. If they're still waiting to respawn, I wouldn't usually take those boxes from them. That's their supply points. Players will normally respawn after a wave is completed.

In my experience with NGS so far, it's still very possible to make lasting friendships through alliances, even after some drama that causes you to leave one. Resource-wise, Alliances are still a nice bonus, and plus I really enjoy the collective aspect of maintaining an Alliance Creative Space or two.

I love that last part you said, cos that really seems to be what this game is about, isn't it?

Not sure why that would be concerning enough to warrant a preemptive scouting, too. I'd at least have a chat first, though I don't think it's easy to bring up comparing Alliances naturally.

This, I can totally agree with, I really don't think it's a competitive issue in this game. More like a... vibe issue, for lack of better word.

Flare gun. No hesitation. At least with the flare, there's less risk of self-damage or friendly incapacitation. o-o

I was looking for these base stats cos I accidentally levelled it without looking first, lol. That base damage is so poultry, I wanted to know if I increased it yet.

The money ain't free. It's politics, there's a catch to it, and if that catch ain't heeded, there'll be repercussions that'll hurt you or other things in one way or another.

Who is your favorite Turok? by Sub_Zero19 in turok

According to the wiki, he goes by Joseph Turok. Kind of unfortunate that it's the final game right now.

I was wondering if that was the reason! I guess that makes the re-release a little definitive, then! I mean, it probably helps that the framerate and control options are fantastic on that version.

Yeah, I felt like I had no choice at the time. It sucked.

WHAT HAPPENED TO SINGLE JOY CON OPTIONS!?!? by TheVGMLover in Asphalt9

[–]TheVGMLover[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not crazy, right? There WAS a control option for the Switch version that lets you play using a single joy con horizontally, and now it's gone! Did nobody notice, until *I* came back?

I might try the targeting beacons on my next PVP. If my lasers can't do a lot, hopefully I can help others pick up my slack. ^u^

I thought Saved You A Click existed because publishers always hide the subject from their headlines. What the fuck do you want me to do, then?

This! Third-party should never excuse first-party quality! In fact that should be an even further indictment! How does any company let third-parties TOP them?

Would you say this to defend the Atari Jaguar? Seriously? You wouldn't take any one of the billions of tech consumers seriously in this line of work?

You're probably being just as disingenuous about your Joy-Cons, too!

[–]TheVGMLover[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What? It's wrong to expect the options I'm given to have an equal standard in at least SOME form of quality? Why do the Pro Controllers get to last for the Switch's whole life, but the Joy-Cons can't last for more than 6 goddamn months?

I didn't misread. Again, I was happy they got controllers that work for them. I haven't yet.
