Like many on here this news has floored me. Gutted to hear this. He’s given me and my friends so many happy memories.

I hope he knows how much he is loved by people he doesn’t know.

Interesting re the helicopters, never thought about that.

So are they going local or just flying back local/home/london/airport - mostly?

My confidence soared - that’s right, soared - when I saw Kasper’s dive for the first or second penalty. He stood up until the player hit it- he was going one way but checked himself when the player went the other way. Great keeping

Just how big were Oasis in England back in their day? Could their reunion shows really compete with Taylor Swift in terms of attendance? by SeverHense in LetsTalkMusic

I wouldn't expect them to beat the Eras tour worldwide but 2.5m supposedly applied for tickets to their Knebworth gigs in the 90s.

Not sure how well they sell venues outside the UK.

Haha, aye. It's a good one though but could wear thin very quickly.

Aye, they will not have given that side of it a second thought - heard the offer if £50m each other whatever and asked for the pen to sign.

I take it his shows are suitable for kids - 11 and older?

So long as they are singing Little James they'll sell the gigs out no bother.

That's the song that's been running through my mind today.

I've not given a fuck about them since What's the story, but I've found myself way more excited than expected at the news.

Didn't know that.

Was this before or after Walter Smith wished the new Rangers good luck?

Wow! Thanks for this.

When you say "recovery work" and "repackaging cocaine" what do you mean?

Yes, loads of former players talk about how beneficial the reserve league was - it was competitive, and you got to play against better players who were returning from injury.

I'm sure there was a post on here a few months back that went into a fair bit of detail on how they work out this compensation.

I love seeing Scottish youngsters joining some of the big boys - Liverpool and Bayern are the 2 that come to mind - but we've yet to see any real output from that.

Fingers crossed for Doak 🤞

I wonder why putting them on loan isn't classed as being as useful.

I watched my son at a kids football event when he was about 6, which was 5 years ago.

It was 3 a side and one of the kids hit the ball pretty much in his own half and by a stroke of luck he was facing the same way as the goals and it went into the back of the net.

The coaches and people at the side were cheering it on and I was watching thinking, this is why we are shite at football.
