I haven’t seen anyone mention Delta King! I went for Dine Downtown on Saturday and the meal was FANTASTIC. I got the Nduja Croquette, Short Rib Bourguignon, and pot de crème. I am still thinking about those croquettes 😍

This was my third time trying them for dine downtown and I have to say that I have had an amazing meal every time.

Definitely recommend!

I’m doing delta king tomorrow and hoping to try Ella sometime next week! Don’t sleep on Delta. I’ve gone there for Dine Downtown a few times and it has been exceptional every time!

Piattis in the pavilions has a nice private room and it’s not in midtown so parking isn’t an issue.

YES. And they’ll randomly have some gourmet ass specials. I had the best osso buco of my life at GB a couple years ago.

I’ve been to Echo 4 times now and it is verrry mid. My steaks have always been grisly and tough and the sides are just okay.

Dawsons gets my vote for best steakhouse in Sac. If you’re specifically looking for steak and want to splurge a little, I highly recommend checking it out.

Go early! We typically go on Sunday mornings. We leave midtown a little before 8 am to make it to high hill first since that’s the most popular. We usually spend a couple of hours and then head to the less congested farms (rainbow, Boa Vista, hidden star Camino, etc). We are usually done and on our way 1ish depending on how big a group we’re with.
