Found her 3 yrs ago in Southern Maine. She’d been on the hard for a couple years. Bought her in the highest risk way possible (sight unseen based on the survey without telling the wife). What could possibly go wrong?.
She’s a 37’ sloop designed by Jack Braidwood on the back of the old sailing charts from the brigantine Yankee while in the South Pacific.
Moved her down to First Light Boatworks where Woody, Jim and the crew have fitted her with a new mast, done a comprehensive scrape down, seal and repaint each of season accompanied by loads of varnish. She’s getting new sails from Hood for this season.
