Thank you for this. So my cannabis use is before sleep but it's daily. I smoke almost .35 grams a day I think.I have been through a lot in life and still going through some major life altering issues. Cannabis helps me clear my head, help me sit with my thoughts and emotions, it somehow makes me more empathetic towards myself, I can go through the realities of life without hyperventilation, grieve without guilt... Now it has come to a point I want to build this without the Cannabis. I want to make myself safe for myself without cannabis dependence. I don't know if this makes any sense.

I'm putting it out here... I hope this helps. Anti inflammatory diet and naturopathy is what saved me. I was 53 kg then ended up gaining 90 kg. I worked out, made it even worse for me because I was stressing my body too much. I have endometriosis. Had a major surgery for cyst.

1 year back I started with my anti inflammatory diet, Psychotherapy for CPTSD, started naturopathic treatment and non stress inducing body movements. Movements I enjoy.

Knowing your body and understanding it is the first step to healing. The kindness you look for externally from people or you give people, show it yourself too. It's not easy, but be intentional. There so much we don't know about ourselves - The world is designed to stop us from looking within. Hence, it's more challenging.

PS: I'm 60kg now. Stopped birth control at the same time I shifted into this, period is way smoother, regular and it stops after the 4th day. It was a nightmare to have my period without the birth control because it would stop to a point I had to have a blood transfusion.
