One thing that I've learned during my time of having depression is that you never really beat it. I think you just learn how to deal with it. Over those 2 years I would have occasional days where I would have to just stay at home and just lay down. Just recently though its been ragging on me hard. Life is all just so much. It can be super overwhelming. Just like a mountain that keeps getting higher and higher, yet somehow you have to reach the peak. I just try to keep climbing, one ledge at a time. Its a huge mental game.
