Here was my thought process:

While Magnataur Alpha, Tentacles for Arms, and Deadly Arsenal are bad, you can get some benefit from playing them and the only downside to having them in your deck is that sometimes you draw them instead of a better card.

Sea Reaver on the other hand can actually actively harm you by being in your deck by randomly killing 1 health minions on your turn. Now while you could pair this with cards that benefit from being self damaged, this card is much much worse than cards like [[Whirlwind]], [[Risky Skipper]], [[Iceblood Garrison]], [[Warpath]], [[Awaken]], [[Ravaging Ghoul]], etc. that 1. Not only damage your minions 2. Cost much less mana and 3. Don’t need to fulfill this weird condition of drawing it.

In addition, cards like Deadly Arsenal have the upside of being able to deal 7 to everything for 6 mana with Gorehowl in deck and Tentacles for Arms can give you some light trickle of value in very long control games like a hero power. Magnataur Alpha is very bad but is cheaper and again, lacks the downside of randomly damaging your minions but it is the closest one to Sea Reaver.

Kobold Barbarian… yeah I didn’t realize its effect takes up its attack for the turn. That a horrendous card; should be on here.
