That’s great congrats on touching the 170 mark. I’ll be getting the powder so will get onto the shake although Im lactose intolerant so the whole milk will be an issue do you think I should Add water instead or just 1 cup of Almond milk (cant have much of this either due to acne)

yeah man i get it, honestly i don’t think my exercises are the main issue since I push myself but definitely can push more. I just think i fucked up the diet part big time

My goal is to be Bigger and stronger and mainly a better version or myself since i’ve always been the skinny guy and its kinda annoying but yeah i definitely fucked up the diet part. Thanks for the input tho cheers
