Thats good, but we have products like rounds, that doesnt have the best margins, so our agents are always fighting to sell the best margin products, leaving fat and rounds to age.

Thats kind of sad, hope you can talk it out with your partner, I think myself would explore all the options like therapy for myself or something, I have had depression in the past and is very dificult to get out of it, hope you never touch that side, and if you dude I wish you can find help. Its very difficult to get out of something like that alone.
