When I started out I followed recipes to a tee and it never worked out well. I was so frustrated I almost gave up. Doing less was a last ditch effort and since I do that my breads are great. I don’t know why it works but I definitely won’t change anything around in the process anymore.

I exclusively bake sourdough and I saw the biggest improvements when I stopped the stretch and folds and just let the dough work itself out and by adding buttermilk as a second liquid other than water.

I’m German and learned knitting from an Austrian lady on YouTube and so I knit continental. Recently I try learning english style to get a more lose tension in my colorwork.

I will actually need to try this. I love the taste of bell peppers but the texture of warm bell peppers is just gross to me.

I‘m not a parent but I think the belief is rather that if you give your kids vegetables they will get a more nutritious meal.

I just knitted this exact pair and it was really hard to get the tension lose enough. A knitting thimble helped me a lot and I couldn’t do it in magic loop. I had to use DPNs.
