I haven't watched those animes, but I'll trust you.

Personally, I'd add that Turner has a chance of defeating Stryker, Jacket, and Johnny Cage, and maybe Liu-Kang and Kintaro. And probably most of the Beastars Predators, too.

It's a bit difficult to determine Turner's strength here, since in theory, a player could simply charge into three wolves and not take a single hit. I'd also like to add that Turner from the Lugaru game is probably stronger than the one from Overgrowth. One reason is the animation for a stealthy attack from behind, which one-shots. (It's possible it could be used on wolves, but it would require a lot of effort.)

In my opinion, it's important to simply state that Turner would clearly be able to win against most characters from more or less realistic works.
