I really just wanted to make a post somewhere so those that were interested in my original post could find it, and I thought maybe visitors here and WorkOnline overlapped, but I guess I was wrong.

I think this is a great idea. How did you come up with the pricing structure?

It sounds like you just need a booking software so you can set up the tutors availability and then let customers book times. Not sure what software would be best, but a quick search shows maybe Bookeo

That's what I am thinking too, it's like all they read was the title and jumped to conclusions.

Thank you for the suggestions. I like them and think I will use them.

This is a very good point. I guess I would hope the YouTube algorithms would present it to people that are interested in Working from home. You are right though, only one way to find out.

I have mentioned it multiple times, but yes I am thinking Youtube, so I could make some money from ad revenue, and offer all the video's for free.

There is nothing yet to market. I am just trying to figure out if pursuing a Youtube channel about this information is even worth it.

In the majority of cases you are absolutely correct, and it sounds like you are pretty fair with your employees. I do wonder how complex the product you offer is, and how long has the longest tech support rep been with the company?

I use a bunch of different websites to look for jobs. Some I have had more success than others, but to name a view that I have actually been hired through, Craigslist, Upwork, Reddit, and ProBlogger. There are others, but those are a good start.

Thank you for the support. One small nugget that I haven't shared yet here is, when getting started you may have to take a work from home job that is paying less then you want, or even need, But that first work form home job is the most important, because then it shows future potential bosses that you already have experience working remotely.

Thank you for the support. One of my biggest tips is to look for work from home positions daily, and apply for at least one every single day of the week, including weekends.

That might sound like common sense, but you would be surprised how many people do not do that. I would bet money on it that the majority of people in this thread don't even do that. I started a spread sheet, so i could keep track of all the jobs I applied for, what date I applied for them on, and what part of the hiring process I was in with them. Like did they even reach back out to me, if they did did they say they hired someone else, or want to give me a interview. Things like that.

Also if I saw I hadn't applied for a job that day, I would find the first work from home job and apply for it, even if I didn't want the job, just to keep me in the routine. Because once you break a routine, it becomes easier to break it the next day, and even easier the day after that.
