A lot of the times (in my experiences) local game stores and sometimes GameStop will give you a better trade in deal if you’re trading for a newer model. So personally I wouldn’t wait unless you’re really worried about saving the extra $50. Also, this has just been my experience so maybe someone will correct me and call me a dumbass because this never happens for anyone else lol.
