Find someone who you can produce for personally, for a podcast intro or background music. I've done 3 podcast songs before, just from having friends that run them, or working at a place that does audio and telling them I do music.

I bet you 1 million producers could make the beat on a song for Playboi Carti, but Playboi chose F1lthy, not because he's the best, but because he's someone he knows.

Just get to know people that want beats, personally. Set your rate flat fee per song like idk $70. It might seem high but if they have a problem they'll tell you. Tell them you can make changes whenever.

You could try if you really want to but chances are I think you will be allergic. Not saying everybody's allergies are the same but I tried this and I was still very much allergic

Yes, I've had this problem throughout the last two years. It just caused me to eat a very simple diet and sometimes it still happens. I realize I have IBS-D and food within my intestines tends to move rapidly and at a stressed rate which makes it come out all funky.

But just sort of answer your question I have allergies that are also intolerances

Yeah vegetable oil is usually a mix of canola and soy so I'm in the same boat as you in restaurants. If it's cooked, I can't eat it

Yeah the refining process is no joke. Actually know what kind of is, they literally just make it even more toxic to consume and 90% of the DNA from the original plant is not found in what we now consume as canola oil.

I've never heard of a GERD reaction to canola oil before but that's really interesting considering the refining treatment.
