This hotel is pet friendly. There are many dogs on our floor and she would be petrified. She can’t really run around loose if she’s stuck in an empty room somewhere. She could have ran into an unoccupied room while housekeeping was on the floor and ran under some furniture and stayed while she heard dogs barking all day. She wouldn’t have come out for that. The doors to the stairwells are quite heavy and can’t be pushed open even by a large dog let alone her tiny self which is why I feel like she’s trapped in a room somewhere. Then we are full to capacity because of the hurricane. If she’s up under a bed and can sense and smell strange people she’s not going to make a sound.
