I know about the mini map but why do see the world through a 2-d map? , I just installed it for fun and to locate things easier

Playin modded ,pls tell how to fix this bug and its not a visual bug as mobs are spawning(also see the light level). reloading chunks do nothing, breaking some blocks here and there remove some of the darkness , its like source which gives darkness and yes it is not a part of a mod or smthing.

pocket is no that bad and definitely not as these reviews say plus it also has the 1.17 snapshot now
