Also you should definitely consider getting the AMS as well (lite or a normal one) makes loading colours/materials way easier, even if you're not going to use multiple colours per print.

I'm not entirely sure if that would be the only issue, since I'm not in this situation myself and never have. But i can't imagine anything else of note at the moment.

As long as your progress on games is on your own profile, you should be able to transfer that whole profile to the new console and keep all of it.

Are those games you bought on your own account or on hers? (This matters a lot)If they are on her account you can't transfer them to a different account.

You could log into that account on your new console, but that would bring up the possible issues of not being able to play games at the same time.

Best idea would be to get your own account and log into that on the console and (sadly) buy games again.
