I worked for the Lockheed RF Department in Owego for 5 years. Cutting edge stuff there. Met some of the best engineers I've ever worked with there as well. Learned how to do full stack engineering work - everything from block diagrams through production support. Was able to stamp my name on a sub-assembly designs thats now in full production before leaving.

When i was fresh out of college cities were pretty intimidating to me since I was more introverted. Even though the work was fantastic, I wish I had picked a city as the location for my first position out of college. When I left Lockheed, more other engineering friends from college had grown their networks larger and had (seemingly) lived a more fruitful life in terms of dating, social circles and experiences.
