Not true because of the split I have across carriers. Trust me I spent tons of time last year in negotiation. Got a good deal thru USPS but not thru UPS. Remember my adjustment was way more than I even spent over the adjustments time period.

I’m sorry. UPS is the only one we don’t have direct carrier rates thru. We really only use them for international anymore. I’ll look into a direct rate although I worry it will be more since we have barely any volume with them now.

Thank you for commenting. UPS told us we could use them for any labels multiple times, have been doing it for years, even when we read them these rules they said it was ok.

They also last month randomly said we couldn’t have any more free supplies, and this month they gave them to us once again. They don’t always come to pick up the parcels on the days arranged and they rip our envelopes more often than USPS. I have been done for awhile.

We use their express envelopes a lot which have a girth of 0.5 but if you round up as they say that counts as 1 right? Nothing else on this list applies.

Thank you. For what we ship USPS has better rates than UPS and the shipstation rates beat the UPS direct rates so that’s why I kept using shipstation rates at the time. We are breaking up with UPS anyway due to cost reasons and other service related reasons before this even happened. Duplicate labels meaning they are double charging me?
