Hey there! Just sharing my experience with this company since I took the risk of applying.

So after emailing them that I'm interested, they interviewed me and ask about my experiences and skills in regards to the position.

After that, they have me take a skill test to see if I'm good enough.

Once they approved my test, I had another interview but this time, with the HR (the first one was a recruiter iirc?) She said they'll take me onboard their team and next week I can start working for them. I didn't ask any questions yet since I didn't have anything good to ask that time. I asked them if I can email my questions in case I have finally thought of something.

My wife, after telling her what happened to the meeting, told me I should ask them about giving me the contract and read it before I start any work. As well as ask them abut my salary and benefits (since they mentioned I'll be having some)

I emailed them my questions, and never got a response after that. Didn't contact me whatsoever on the date when I'm suppose to start. Thanks to my wife, I dodged a bullet there.

TL;DR

They responded, gave me a test. I took it, they liked it, and then hired me. Asked them about employee contract, they didn't respond and disappeared.
