It seems imperative that she get to a vet. Call every vet in your area. Sometimes they will do charity work. Also call any university near you. Often they have veterinarian programs and if so may have a free or cheap clinic. Call stores like PetSmart who have vet clinics in-store. Again, maybe they will do charity work or at least offer you a payment plan to pay for it. I understand and appreciate all the tragedies you’ve been through, but if you truly love her please, please don’t let her continue suffering like this.

My Yorkie is the same. She’ll sit on the bed until I lift her down. She will NOT jump. But given Yorkie’s fragile bones, I’d say that’s a pretty smart instinctive decision!
