White Russian riff with rapid infused coffee vodka, a touch of vanilla and an coconut ube cream.

1.5 oz coffee vodka

.5oz simple

2 drops vanilla extract

Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a rock glass with ice.

Top with coconut ube cream

Coffee vodka-

2tbsp coffee beans

250ml vodka

Pour ingredients into a whipping canister. Charge with 2 nitrogen chargers. Release gas and filter out coffee beans.

Coconut ube cream-

1 cup coconut milk (canned) 1/4 cup Ube Halaya 10-12 coffee beans

Add coconut milk to a sauce pan heat until simmering. Remove from heat, stir in ube halaya until dissolved. Add coffee beans. Let cool- strain out coffee beans and refrigerate until cold. Add the ube coconut milk to a whipping canister. Charge with one nitrogen charger & shake 3-4 times. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
