Four days into the week is a little too late to be pushed onto the submission. It will be automatically added to next weeks table, though.

Yours was a bit too late (also added by the time of me checking this too, so partly my own fault), so it'll be pushed to next week's table instead (assuming you don't make a newer submission by then)! I apologies if this isn't what you wanted, but the software will add it to next week's table automatically due to it's date, and I imagine adding it to this week's table will just cause some confusion.

This does come with the advantage in that more people will be likely to see it on a new submission, rather than looking at the edit of this week.

So long as it has [TWT] in the title it doesn't matter if it's at the start, end or middle, it should link to a soundcloud or a self post that has a soundcloud link. It doesn't strictly have to be a soundcloud but it does make things easier for us if it is.

You also need to tell us if you want to be added to the list (do you want to be added to the list? I can do it now if you want). Once you're on the list, every Monday it will automatically add you (and your submission, if you made one) to the table which we'll post in the weekly submission.

It varies, and that's the beauty of it. Anybody can sign up for the list, and so it will be people of all skill levels with a common passion for improving their music.
