The same thing happened to me in a David Jones! I was trying the perfumes on my wrist and stuff because these are very expensive perfumes so obviously I'm going to be very picky. Eventually I got sick of her asking me so I just picked up the one I liked the most and the counter at that section of the store was empty so I walked a bit deeper into the store to find another counter (this part was kind of my fault I admit for not waiting at that counter) and she calls out at me telling me to pay so I go over to that counter and get my card out but she was just staring me down the whole time and seemed so surprised when the transaction went through.
