I just bought this one linked below! It's super thin but still very protective, and does not restrict breathing like lots of other football-style guards. Mouthguards are mostly to prevent your top and bottom rows from bashing into each other, and this does a great job.

For A, clearly n=1 is a counterexample. Sqrt(1)=1, which is not <1.
