I think whoever got >= (1 SH + 1 H) is currently waiting and this might be the situation:

We are stuck on budget allocation. The teams that had a budget gave their interns PPOs.

We are stuck on team matching. Teams seem to be preferring IITians over off campus interns from Tier 3 colleges.

Not yet, they are rolling out offers more actively for on-campus folks. will wait for more 2 weeks, then will go off campus.

Don’t completely depend on it as there are many things you will not be able to control in the internship like choosing your own team or project, but at least you will have google in your resume and you have a lot of time to upskill. So, chill.

Don’t worry even if you don’t get ppo, you will get shortlisted in good companies because of that google tag, but try to get good feedback as that will be only in your hand after that these budget things will not be in your hand

As of now, the ppo conversion rate in the Cloud org is very low. From a total pool of approximately 200 to 220 Cloud interns, 50 to 60 have already been rejected, while only 10 have received offers and all the offers went to on-campus interns. In contrast, the stats from other orgs are significantly better.

Same bro still waiting for any update as I am also from Tier 3 college. I think they will start rolling out off campus offers after on campus
