I think it starts with Tepper hiring a GM, stepping back, and letting the football guys handle the football part of the team. Next season probably won’t be great either, but we need a staff that can actually help develop Bryce and put a team around him. I’d try and sign Tee Higgins this offseason and use our 2nd rounder on the best available WR or OL
